This policy is applicable to mobile applications ePDF +, ePDF PRO, available in the official applications distribution resources of the the mobile devices manufacturer.

The application is a tool for creating PDF documents by converting from various formats, as well as viewing, modifying and saving existing (including converted) PDF documents and their pages.

The service is provided by the ETech group of companies, registered and operating legally.

The application does not collect or store personal data of the user.

All application settings are stored only on the User's mobile device.

The application and service copies, transfers and converts data for conversion purposes only. Upon completion of the conversion, the original data and the conversion result are destroyed.

ETech does not collect statistics on the actions of the User, unless the User has authorized ETech in writing to do so.

All user data is considered his property, their content and legality of use is the absolute responsibility of the user.

By continuing to use the application, the user agrees to these rules.

The user declares and undertakes to use in the application only those data for the use, modification and transformation of which he has legal rights.

The application does not modify the original user data - the data is copied for conversion. The user grants permission for such copying and transformation.

Data transformation is carried out using the technological capabilities of the ETech group of companies, for these purposes the converted data is transmitted via secure channels not to the ETech servers and is converted. The resulting PDF document is transferred to the user, after which the original data and the converted document are deleted. In the event of errors and failures, all data on incomplete conversions are automatically deleted no later than 24 hours later.
